In unserem 12-monatigen Traineeprogramm lernst du, wie man Talents begleitet, Kampagnen mit Marken umsetzt und starke Beziehungen aufbaut – strukturiert, kreativ und nah dran.

Unterstützung bei der Betreuung & Weiterentwicklung unserer Talents
Du arbeitest an der Umsetzung von Kampagnen & Projekten mit – von der Planung bis zum Livegang
Vorbereitung von Verträgen, Kommunikation mit Marken & Creator:innen
Recherche zu Trends, Formaten & neuen Chancen für unsere Talents
Organisation & Dokumentation im Tagesgeschäft

Was du mitbringst

Begeisterung für Talent- und Influencer Management, sowie für Themen aus Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle & Entertainment
Organisationstalent und Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist offen, neugierig und verlässlich
Sehr gute Kommunikationsskills auf Deutsch und Englisch
Erste Erfahrung mit Social Media Tools, Office/Excel o. Ä. sind von Vorteil
